Text Message Terms
THE PROGRAM
Valor Flight Academy text messages: Valor Flight Academy LLC sends text messages to people who ask for them. The messages are replies to your inquiry, scheduling and flight updates, and reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
HOW YOU OPT IN
You opt in by checking the text message box on our contact form, by asking us by phone or email to text you, or by texting us first. When you book a discovery flight and give us a phone number, we may call or text you about that flight. Consent to text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COST
Message frequency varies, usually a few messages about an inquiry or a flight. Message and data rates may apply; check your mobile plan. We send text messages from 8 am to 9 pm Eastern, apart from a reply you asked for.
HOW TO STOP
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed and nothing more. You can also call (313) 949-5422 or email info@valorflightacademy.com and we will remove your number.

YOUR INFORMATION
We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The service that delivers our messages processes your number only to send them. We keep a record of when you opted in, the wording you agreed to and the address it was sent from. Our Privacy Policy covers everything else we collect.
CARRIERS
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the current version always lives at this address.
